HOW TO DO IT
Cooking times may very. Always heat to 165ºF and until golden brown.
Step 1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 350ºF. If frying, heat oil to 300ºF.
Step 2. Wash ya damn hands. HBD twice or the ABC’s. Safety first!
Step 3. While oven, air fryer, or oil is pre-heating, let frozen lumpia thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 4. CAREFULLY place frozen lumpia in oven or air fryer on baking sheet on center rack. If frying, place lumpia in oil one at a time with tongs. Do not fry more than 3-4 at a time if doing so on stovetop.
Step 5. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Make sure to rotate lumpia half way through cooking time. Same goes with frying but reduce cooking time to 5-7 minutes.
Step 6. Carefully remove lumpia and allow to cool for 5+ minutes (they’re hot as hell), cut in half, and serve with our sweet chili sawce.
